In 2021 I purchased a terapump from BRS battery Ltd. Two actually. After awhile we had problems with them. Mine was leaking gasoline and my buddies would no longer pump. Recently I found an info card and decided to contact the supplier as they have been unusable and sitting on a shelf. I asked if there was any way I could get them corrected. They got right back to me and asked for my address. I was sent two replacement units even though they were out of warranty. This is the kind of service that I was not expecting but appreciate fully. I bought a few of their fuel pumps (they are great by the way) a year or 2 ago and gave them out as gifts. One of the guys I gave one of the pumps to had not tried it out yet so I opened it just the other day and set it up for him. The plastic hose had 2 small holes in it.
